Great benefits, 22 PTO days, 27 after 5 years. Closed beteween Christmas and New Years. Summer Fridays at 1pm, 9 holidays, and decent discount.

Cons

Salaries are low unless you are upper management, or negotiate higher salary coming in.

Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
