Don't get fooled by the reviews here. Employees are forced to place a review here in Glassdoor to increase ratings and it should be a five star review or else they will also dismiss you like the rest of the employees without any warning. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure or will be removed from the company. New manager does not know how to run a project they learn from employees, they have a worst management remark from the previous company but IXIA the great company appoint such employees so that they can save money by giving them less package...and due to that whole team suffers and HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the higher management....as in ixia everyone is servant except some working there from decade. Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat. You will never ever get cold while working there because AC never works. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour....APM (famous for doing nothing) of ixia who never gets appraisal.....stop staring and touching girls, Guys dont join in this organisation especially for freshers. You will waste ur time and end up with so much of disappointment. Nothing to appreciate about this company
