when they hire you, they tell you how much you will grow and how much of a family they are, and it sounds goods

there was a lady who followed me around everywhere picking on me and telling me what I was doing wrong
the supervisors were very cliqued up with each other did not make me feel welcomed
really didn't feel like I could grow there

Easy to burn out if not supported
Not the same experiences throughout the school- some programs are better supported than others
Hard to continue growth
The students are wonderful to work with and if you have a good team, it does make it manageable to corporate with. Can help with gaining experience. Get a gym membership while working here

Very fast paced job, prone to burn out after 3 months, and regular miscommunication
