Pros

Working remotely was a nice balance of work and spending time with family

Cons

Not only have I worked there for almost 2 years, I have done more than what was expected of me. Management is quick to ask questions as to why things were not done when they dont have the facts. In my case, things were done, I even worked some days during my holidays and yet I was questioned on my return without management looking at the facts or at least trying to find out. Another big discussion, they over promise and under deliver. They always have the same excuse and its always a budget issue, in my case it was more than that, either a budget issue, a location issue or a language issue. Even though its a remote job, yet they will give you an excuse that you cant work for a project because you not in the right location which does not make sense. This is only the start of my reviews and many more to come because the way I have been treated is something that I will have to deal with and does not affect them in any way, but it affects me personally, financially and emotionally, all thanks to the decisions of management. No Trust!!!!
