      Pros

      Get to work with lots of great people who share a great work ethic and really want to help each other. If you want to progress and develop then put the time and effort in and you definitely will. If you don't then don't! Can't stand it when people wait for it to come to them and then complain about it when it doesn't, looking to blame others. Life isn't like that and nor is LANDESK.

      Cons

      It's very hard trying to be positive about the current gen of products. The potential of our offering is really good but there are just so many issues with them across the whole suit.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
