Compensation is too low for our role.
The two renewal roles are too diverse and leaves some of the team members overwhelmed, overworked, underpaid, and constantly under threat of being put on "plan" because they cannot meet the quota. This role has to many accounts that should be transactional, but are not. The other role, if you do not renew a very large deal, it is impossible to make quota, with no way to cover the loss.
No more quarterly team rewards for making/exceeding quota. Required to be in the office with no remote days allowed.
