This is by far the most toxic sales environment I have ever been in. The micromanagement and focus on optics rather than results is ridiculous. It's so bad that reps that were hitting their quota's leave the company because of the way they are treated by management. They have created an environment where it is easier to lie just to appease the ridiculous requests from leadership. The turnover is ridiculous and it is a known problem all the way up to the CEO.
