Pros
Young group of coworkers with international backgrounds. Part of the H&M Group, which makes it easier to receive resources, although at a slower pace than most traditional startups. Opportunities may exist for those that are willing to fight for it.
Cons
Trust is a major issue as well as genuine recognition of amazing workers. Some managers are ill-prepared to manage their teams and as a result, there is high turnover. Seemingly homogeneous workforce in terms of their work experiences and could use more diversity in general, especially at higher levels.
