Great bunch of people with interesting client projects across many industries. Strong leadership team that do actually and genuinely care about the welfare of their staff and a solid long-term company strategy for steady growth. Good customer base, haven't run into a bad customer on any of my projects (across SMB and Enterprise). One of the few consultancies that actually value work-life balance. It's pretty easy to feel valued at Itoc and it's a good place to learn and get exposure to many different companies across many industries. Also get to work in a great location!

Premium location means lunches can be pricey

After working for a Large public company for 8 years, with limited work life balance i didn't know how good it can be. Itoc has the people, the culture and the growth that makes working here one of the best decisions of my life. I have already grown in the short time i have been here thanks to fantastic management and senior staff that always take the time to mentor and develop. Great location shops and views.

Food can be pricey in the location but Itoc has a great kitchen and BBQ if your savvy.
