Pros
ISOS has a fresh approach to working remotely and feels connected and part of a team. In the few weeks I have worked here, I feel I have connected with people much more genuinely than I have in previous places. Everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable and really want you to succeed as a new member of the team. While there is a lot to learn, there is a process in place to ensure you complete the process on time and with the knowledge needed. Realistic expectations with realistic accountability of those expectations and they "keep it real". The values of ISOS are lived by the members of the team from the CEO all the way down to the newest(noob) of the team. A relaxed approach to remote work and accountability. Everyone puts our commitments and customers first while being transparent about the work and process.
Cons
The only con I have experienced so far is that there is not any :D. I love it here, and you will too!!
