Pros
Isometric is the best place Iāve worked by a wide margin. The team is talented, leadership is mission-driven, and the vibe slays. Engineering skews senior/staff with diverse backgrounds, so thereās a ton to learn. Itās still a startup though, so thereās plenty of room to take ownership if youāre keen. The tech stack is modern, and thereās a strong culture of continuously improving tools/patterns, which makes the codebase genuinely enjoyable to work with. The team is also really fun/social (even the engineers, lol), so the hybrid setup works well since I actually enjoy going into the office.
Cons
Kinda sounds like I'm being held hostage but I literally can't think of any cons.
