The culture is very locally oriented with every effort being made to use recycled products, encourage alternative commuting, and provide staff with time to volunteer in the community. As a one office firm there is no dedicated IT department or staff. Long hours during busy season (but no more than with any other accounting firm). First year staff may work back to back busy seasons in tax and audit until they decide which direction to go exclusively.
