- Outsource flower and peg it as 'indoor' - Fluctuating pricing and inconsistent supply chain - Awful operations team that gives no visibility into what is coming - No visibility into delivery schedule and no understanding of issues that might happen in the field - Marketing seems stuck in molasses - still lacking so many small marketing details that could separate us from other companies - large exodus of employees in all departments over the last six months. - Sales numbers have consistently dipped - november being our worst month ever - Subpar product according to buyers in the industry local - Takes months to get budgets approved and by that time projects have fallen off - Sales is not allowed to give feedback to marketing - Marketing has yet to put together a successful event - - Sales leadership has little to no experience managing, or in the cannabis industry and it is really starting to show - Not involved with any charities - Isolated in the south bay where there is absolutely no cannabis community and there wont be - considers to hire outside of LA and sales reps in nonstrategic locations to help benefit the company - Very reactionary instead of planning and executing and it has led to embarrassment
