One of the best conservation organizations to work, hands-down. Island conservation is deeply committed to staff wellbeing and organizational health and is doing an excellent job at it.

There are no down sides.

Interesting work, meaningful mission, travel opportunities, great co-workers (mostly)

Poor leadership decision making, CEO absent most of the time, lack of accountability for leadership
