Better than advertised and couldn't be happier! - Senior Technical Recruiter Irvine Technology Employee Review

I know there a lot of fake reviews on companies on here and you have to take them with a grain of salt, but I could honestly say that I couldn't be happier with my decision to join ITC. I have worked for a few different staffing agencies in my career and this one is by far the best across the board. The management is exceptional, does not micromanage, listens to you, and is always there to help. The team is awesome. All very experienced and professional. All of the AE's have great accounts and relationships and everyone works as a team. The commission and benefits are top notch. The culture is great and they really do great things for the whole team. The turnover is by far the least I've seen, especially in such a volatile industry. The owner is amazing, humble, and truly is a great leader with a great vision.
