Disappointed in leadership - Anonymous employee Irvine Ranch Water District Employee Review

Leadership is awful, from the GM to the directors and managers. If you are not their favorite you won't go far. Budget is more important than the employees because they get bonus checks when under budget. Too much work required with not enough support. High turnover due to this company's culture. Board of Directors need to reevaluate certain directors and managers and the GM to be honest. They keep losing good people.
