Cons

Too many to list here, but the worst are management, fellow employees, salary, benefits, amount and type of work. The humans there are nothing but liars and backstabbers, so the only people you can trust are the robots. It was best to only speak about work related topics and say absolutely nothing about your personal life. In fact, it was best to never smile or crack a joke, no matter how innocent. It was also best to keep your eyes on everybody at all times. You just never knew when the person who seemed to be a very sweet person was going to stab a ten foot long blade in your back over the tiniest of things. The salary is artificially low. They paid just enough to keep you from making more money working at McDonalds. If you chose the benefits, most of your salary went to pay the premiums. As for PTO, it was best not to take it. If you took vacation time you were viewed as a non team-player and lucky to have a job when you came back. I saw one person scrimp and save for a trip to Disney World. The first day of his vacation they mailed a letter to his house so he would have it as soon as he came back. It basically said he was fired for missing a day of work. Believe me they are as crooked as the mississippi river.
