      Pros

      - good working condition and a cool atmosphere - nice location in London - multitude of different topic and support to design - a nice hardware/software - a company that gives you a chance and can help you to improve yourself (like UX courses or english courses etc..)

      Cons

      - sometimes repetitive work - need to do different works in "the same time"
