Pros

nice office, good company events, excellent central location, couple of very nice people (more than 70% already resignated/fired) and that's it

Cons

there is an unclear business model and 'kinder' management. requirements for the open positions are too high, because in the reality you will need to use only approx. 20% of your brain capacity and from those 20%, 10% will be for nintendo wii/other games competitions during the lunch time. you are working like a robot only on the same rutine things even for weeks and nobody cares that for couple of days a week you do not have what to do. there is very big employees fluctuation - if they dont like you they will find a reason why to say goodbey from one day to another.

Iron Group Response

Thank you for your feedback. IronGroup is indeed a very dynamic company, and as we have developed a strong graduate program, it's true that one might feel that there is a lot of change, when we come to the start of a new graduate session, lots of new faces arriving, and lots of sad goodbyes too ! You are more than welcome to ask questions if you are unsure about the company or the strategy. We believe in straightforward communication. We are very disappointed to hear that you feel your skills were under-used, and we encourage you to talk to your manager. We do promote personal growth and development, as it is part of our DNA to support everyone's career. Once again thank you for taking the time to review IronGroup
