Pros
Good reputation within the industry. Strong global client relationships. Ben Page has high external visibility and spends a lot of time doing external speeches / presentations.
Cons
A lot of mandated work means limited scope for creativity. Complex tools. Senior management obsess with external profile, sales numbers but do not spend enough time understanding all elements of the business or working on internal efficiency / making things easier for the people doing the work. As with many agencies, can be a sweat shop, particularly for middle management.
