If you get lucky, you might get to work with very few sensible people(1 in 100). You get paid on-time. Decent office space.

Filled with gossip mongers who are always more interested in others' business than focusing on "working" (from Management level to freshers). Runs like a family business. Not a place to work if you are serious about your career. Few so-called Managers treat their reportees like school kids and spy around them. (They yell at the top of their voices and micro-manage) Filled with highly unprofessional people.
