The Founder/CEO/MD will lie at the drop of a hat. He cannot stand intelligent, efficient and industrious people around him. He also has a fad for IIM graduates and the ones already there do not even know how to define the business objectives, communicate in proper English, and are only good at talking big and delivering nothing and burning the money of the founder. The pursuit of excellence is considered a threat by fellow colleagues. They love to hijack your intellectual property and then send fabricated email chains taking your credit in their name.
