low salary poorly structured teams, no mentoring, no good practices what so ever, almost no learning Imposing unfair contracts and withholding a month's salary in the name of fake training (training that lasted 1 week, 3 hours each day and the training was completely about THEIR OWN application which was absolutely necessary to work on it, and the training was not even paid from their part since it was provided by one of their employees who had to squeeze us in his already full day, in summary they literally sacrificed nothing for this "training"). they also impose 3 months notice on everyone which is rediculous considering I was with them for only a few months (less than 6 months) they also engage in what is practically blackmail, telling you to send an email acknowledging that you owe them the one-month salary, in order for them to give you 1 month notice which is already your right according to the law and all of this was done to a freshly graduated engineer (under 6 months of total experience) they also imposed on employees to take paid leaves during the pandemic which led to everyone basically having minus days of paid leave days, which shows that they (a very profitable company) don't want to loose any dime because of the pandemic, instead they want their already under paid employees to pay for it all Such practices not only demonstrate a lack of respect for employees' rights and dignity but also highlight a disregard for any ethical business standards. I hope people refuse to at least sign that contract so that they change it and no longer abuse employees to this horrible extinct
