Great benefits. Interesting project. Nice people to work with.

It started so well. It was smaller and had the opportunity to become different. Instead, I've seen people fired for having a burn out. People suspended for no reason and never brought back. Currently, people are quitting left and right. The GM is rude and not accessible. The HR guy took over operations and since then, we lost the best members of the admin team. Production on the main project is unable to stick to one plan and run with it, trying to do everything and anything at the same time. This studio will probably be shut down within 2 years, the way it's managed currently.
