Your comments about work/life balance and feeling unheard are important and they’re not taken lightly. We know that real improvement starts by listening to the people doing the work every day, and this is a reminder of how much better we can be at creating space for that input, especially before making changes that directly impact our teams.
We're working to strengthen our systems, improve cross-functional communication, and reduce friction in day-to-day responsibilities, but we clearly have more work to do. Feedback like yours helps guide those conversations and keep us focused on what matters most—our people.
