Great way to practice every part of your Instructional Design skills
Cons
Your skills will be tested to the max, with extremely high expectations, unreasonably short deadlines. While working to the max hours to complete the project deadlines on time, you will wait for your pay, hopefully paid on time but no guarantees, with some periods being a 60 to 90 day wait at best for payment. Little to no communication from leaders / management and SME's do not exist, so you will be forced to source most of the information yourself. You will also be told to use specific software which all contain subscriptions and this you will pay out of your own pocket.
