Small company, nice co-workers, free Friday lunch.
Cons
Management treats employees like 3rd graders. Micromanages every department. If you have family - do not work here - employees are supposed to devote their lives to the company. Management makes negative comments about employees needing time off to care for their children. If you have ideas and think outside of the box, or just think at all, you will be destroyed here.
