This ensures that team members have adequate skills and motivation. The company also invest time and resources in skill development, has established project management processes and systems. In the end, the most important thing is company's mission and vision. It is a governmental organisation and you feel really proud working for your country. This really feels when you're an employee.

I think the company should encourage internal promotions more, I'd even say actively ask employees to apply for higher positions internally.
