Personal development, learning and growth, Academy Trainings; Feedback culture, great work environment/colleagues/team; Career, fast responsibility; Different projects and industries; Internal Innovation projects everyone can launch and participate in; and much more you can influence if you are proactive and put some effort into it.
Cons
This is very individual, for some it would be to work overtime because of additional internal topics (mentoring, center of excellence, innovation center, HR&Business, ...), for others it might be the need for flexibility in terms of different projects and topics in different locations and industries. For me there is no downside, because it fits my personal understanding and motivation and I am able to influence my work environment and the company itself when following the same longterm goals.
