      Great place to work, work life balance - Brand Manager Invenio Employee Review

      Pros

      There is a great company culture, they offer flexible working and remote working. The office space is really nice too, I come in weekly to join colleagues to catch up on team projects and share lunch together.

      Cons

      When I started there was no benefits but with time they are working on packages for the employees, we now have private healthcare and they are aware this is an area to build upon.

      Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

      Cons

      Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.
