Pros

you get the experience in working in a call center setting, kinda is fun the way the platform is set up and how they have boxes to click on for the types of pizza, crust, and images of the toppings, etc they have...for the most part the chat monitors are very nice and helpful

Cons

very low pay, the "promise" and "projected" pay of 9-12 an hour is extremely misleading, very few people get that, you average about 5.00 an hour you can't work "any" or a lot of hours, best times to work is after 3 pm. when people are calling in to place their orders...because most people aren't calling in mid morning to early afternoon to place an order, an a processed order is the only way you get paid..you get paid .55 cent per processed order, not call, and not by the hour, it never gets bumped up to minimum wage...you basically get about 10 calls an hour not 18 like they say on their website..or that's "said" to you..you can't take no more than 5 minute breaks, if you do, they log you out, and you have to log back in, saying it affects your "earnings" and your supposed "time" that they look at..they have "peak" times that you must work 8 hours at least which is fri-sunday-6-midnight on fri and sat, sun 6-10 and you have to work the first 3 mandatory holidays after you start..and its usually between a 6-11pm time frame..and just someone else mentioned on here, if you are looking for full time work, with good pay, this is not the job for you, its basically "extra income money" if you looking for extra income, just starting out and just want a little bit of money, or practice in a call center, ok, but otherwise if looking to working more than 20 hours a week and making at least 500.00 a month, again this isn't for you..and you think you are going to get 2 full days of training, what they really do is give you 1 full day, then on the second day, verify a few things, take a break, then turn you loose to take calls after a few hours of starting that last day, again very misleading, and most people aren't ready or prepared for that..and leave you to "figure out" how to sign your contracts and send them back to them
