Pros

Intrinium is a smaller company where you can feel like your voice is heard and contribute to the processes and procedures in a meaningful way. I've always felt that my expertise was respected and acknowledged. They also are very focused on promoting from within and allowing people to move from one role to another if they desire a career change.

Cons

Not all the processes and procedures a clearly defined yet, as they are a small company. This can be a great benefit if you love working independently and contributing to create these processes, but detrimental if you need lots of guidance or rely heavily on procedural documentation.
