Pros

- Small caseload That’s literally it^

Cons

Where to begin… - incompetent management / “my way or the high way” leadership style. - profoundly misinformed and misguided management with egos so inflated I’m surprised HQ doesn’t float away - micromanaged from a lady who has zero clue what shes talking about - shoddy work environment - cramped, no space to run groups or have lunch - money is more important than quality of client care to these people - politics, gossiping, favoritism, and gaslighting galore! - most of the staff are informants and afraid to lose their job if they do not comply with dictatorsh— I mean management. - the culture is abysmal, worse than nonexistent - upper managerial positions take zero accountability, have frail egos, do NOT know how to speak to adults, and likely have unresolved DSM psychiatric issues that will undoubtedly trickle down to how you will be treated. So if you love being manipulated and verbally/emotionally abused while having zero agency, no support, and a toxic work environment - this is the place for you!

Pros

The advantages of being part of the team were truly noteworthy. The camaraderie among colleagues felt like a close-knit family, creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The company's emphasis on professional development and growth opportunities made it an ideal place for career advancement. I was particularly impressed by the positive work culture, which fostered collaboration and innovation among team members. Moreover, the organization's unwavering commitment to ethical practices within the addiction recovery field added a sense of purpose to my work, making it incredibly fulfilling.

Cons

While there were a few minor drawbacks in my previous role, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Occasionally, there were moments of slightly more supervision than I preferred, but it's worth noting that the company is actively working on refining its management style. Additionally, the program structure could benefit from improvements, particularly in terms of space for group sessions, but I'm aware that the organization is committed to addressing these concerns. Overall, these were manageable aspects that didn't detract from the rewarding aspects of working with such a supportive team and a company that prioritizes growth and ethical practices.
