Pros
Everybody at Intrepid is really helpful and motivating. I've learned so much about marketing, while being in a positive and uplifting environment. The CEO is very active in the company, dedicated, and invests a lot of time in taking care of his employees. It's refreshing to see a company that provides growth and the and all the tools to succeed, while having a genuine staff at the same time.
Cons
The office is not running in-person since covid, so all meetings are virtual which can be a confusing transition especially if you work/learn better within an in-person environment (but, safety first!)
