During my Trainee program, I was surrounded by friendly and approachable people who were always willing to help me. The work culture was positive and collaborative, which made it easy to learn and grow. I gained valuable professional experience and felt welcomed as part of the team from the very beginning.

Honestly, there were very few downsides. The only real negative was that the program felt too short - I would have loved the opportunity to stay longer.

This is a wonderful company to work for. We all mostly work remote for a specific area within 60 minutes of our home address. It has flexible hours but most importantly is the relationships you make with your work colleagues and with the wonderful host families and au pairs.

You cannot always control how many families you have due to families outgrowing the program or relocation however there is always ways to market your area and a whole team of wonderful people who are ready to help you be successful.
