1. Patras branch Review: The building is dirty, lacking basic functionalities. The upper management showed multiple times rude and unprofessional behaviour. (That is the reason why in almost 2 years of the branch's existence, an important number of people have left this place) In one phrase: Toxic environment. 2. Working overtimes, most of them not paid at all. 3. Long hours can be even more than 12 hours some days, including weekends. 4. If you say NO to working overtimes and on the weekends, you will be the black sheep. 5. Salaries are really low. 6. If you work overtimes nearly every day, you may(will) hear promises for salary raises. Don't fall into this trap. You will probably get nothing. 7. Forget about quality of deliverables. Almost no one cares about quality. 8. Estimations for projects are given mostly by managers who have no technical background, so you are expected to deliver code that usually needs 4 months, in 2 weeks. 9. HR is completely out of the picture. 10. If you are a junior, please search for a company that will help you learn and deliver with quality. 11. If you are a mid/or senior, you already know the answer: Stay away. PS. You will probably notice a bunch of positive reviews coming after a negative one, "obscuring" it. That is a bit "weird" :)
