Reasonable work-life balance, generally nice colleagues, standard benefit.

Below average pay, limited career movement and almost non-existing salary increase make a lot of capable people leave, leaving some lifers not the most effective.

Vacation and Benefit packages (although taking time off hurts you more than helps and there is no time for routine dr visits), Some employees are great to work with.

- Sr. Management is out of touch with their employees and does not properly support their needs (workload, support staff, training). - The belief here is more about band-aids to quickly hide a problem vs. investing in proper solutions - Payscale seems way off. No consistency based on level, experience, etc. The money is for the people that scream the loudest. - People are promoted to manager without the proper experience or training - mostly based on convenience. In sharp contrast, some are kept in the same role/level for years without growth.
