This company pretends to have a team and family first environment but it’s all for show. Once someone in leadership decides that they no longer like or want you on their team, that is when the HR bullying and toxic games begin. They will start assigning you tasks that are not in your job description to set you up to fail so they can then use that against you to start creating a paper trail. They will laugh in your face and act nice during team meetings so that others don’t catch on to their disgusting behavior while they try to break you and force you to quit on the back end.
