The freelance work was really good

The pay rate is not as great

This is a company where you could become involved in different aspects of a project, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the garments being sold.

Company policies changed during the time I was employed here. Time off; vacation and sick days were reduced by 50% after two years of being at this company. In addition certain staff members were granted extra time, while others were not. This greatly affected staff moral and management did not acknowledge this. Medical and dental insurance were provided; however, due to the low salaries, the majority of the staff could not afford to enroll in these programs.
