      It is a growing company with opportunity to work in different departments and exposure to different areas but you need to express your eagerness to explore and learn

      Very stressful work environment and being family owned company there is little or no room for growth.

      There are not any Pros.

      Cons

      Very centralized company with no growth. No procedures or any SOPs. No benefits. The Quality of management is very weak. Everyone waits for 6pm so that they can leave for their home.

      Dear Concerned, Thank You for posting your review, but just let you confirm Interwood has an SOP for each and every procedure & we do also have SAP here so everything is sync with the system.
