Freelance Online Writer - Anonymous employee Interview Magazine Employee Review

Are you a freelance writer who's looking to get some exposure at a well-respected magazine's website? You've certainly come to the wrong place. DO. NOT. FREELANCE. FOR. INTERVIEW. I cannot possible stress this enough. They only pay a meager $25 per piece, and yup, that includes transcribing. And to make matters even worst, they flat-out won't pay you for your work. I wasn't given a check until 14 (!) months after my pieces went up, only after a major back and forth battle with payroll to get the money I rightfully deserved. (And then, STILL, I only received half the amount I was owed.) Even if you're desperate for work, respect yourself enough to not work here.
