Pros

Great management in our Certification team. My manager and lead were very lenient with time off and worked with my schedule when I needed to leave early. I enjoyed my colleges and found that everyone was willing to help when needed.

Cons

Little to no room for growth or moving up. Typical cooperate environment. They are always letting people go- so you are never sure if your job is completely secure. You have add no personal value to the company- you feel like just a number/faceless employee.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
