Pros
Annual bonus. I believe this will be a thing of the past as the revenue numbers continue to drop. Co-workers are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Mid to senior level managers are clueless. Absolutely no direction or vision to establish revenue growth. Overall work environment is run like a prison. Salaries are not comparable to the market unless you are at the executive level. Expect to stay in the same position throughout your employment. No opportunities for advancement from within.
