      Family own company where the owners are actively involved with the computer. The company is continuing to hold true to the values the company was founded on.

      Cons

      Slow to change. Need more inter department interactions. Some divisions are to isolated and stay to themselves.

      Everyone is welcoming, the work environment is really healthy, the offices themselves are really nice, and they prefer to move people up to higher positions from the company itself.

      The temperature in the building fluctuates often.
