Good culture but you're undervalued - Sales Coordinator Intersection Employee Review

Pros

Everyone at the coordinator and account manager level genuinely cares about each other. There's a culture of helping everyone and being supportive so no one feels overwhelmed. The managers stick up for the employees at the ground level and have created an unmatched culture that's been around long before me and will last long after I'm no longer here.

Cons

If you're looking for upwards mobility and a chance to progressively make more money year over year, go anywhere else. Most entry level employees, despite being guaranteed raises, do not see them for sometimes 2-3 years. Unless you're an account executive, your financial needs and contributions will almost always go ignored, and the higher ups would much rather watch you walk away than pay you a competitive wage. There are competitors who pay $10k-$15k more starting with commission.

Pros

Wonderful, smart people who are happy to work together. Great leadership who is open to new ideas and wants to include you in decisions. Flexible PTO and working in the office same days as everyone else is an effective strategy for minimal meetings on remote days.

Cons

Mostly white people. Wish it was full remote but still great.
