Pros
Friendly Staff, work well as a team, most are hard working. Building is nice.
Cons
Poor management, low moral, micro managing from the MD, he thinks all employees are trying to get something for nothing, jobs are advertised as one thing, but once you start working there you soon realise it was not the case as the MD makes changes or "can't remember" agreeing etc, the MD makes odd comments that border on being discriminating, will make comments about other employees to you thinking this acceptable.
