Poorly run 'mom and pop' organisation - Anonymous employee Interpeace Employee Review

Poorly managed. Poor performance is not addressed. HR concerns are not addressed even when raised by a large number of staff. Senior Management (especially the Vice President) lacks the strategic and managerial experience to actually manage the organisational and its people.
