      Nothing positive to say really.

      Cons

      Went through several rounds including final stage interview / presentation. Completely ghosted. No email, no decision, no feedback. Just silence. Politely followed up with internal recruiter after a few weeks, but more radio silence. In hindsight a lucky escape if this is a sign of how they treat people.

      Noticeable change in market positioning in last year, but now somewhat caught between low volume big cases and high volume small cases

      Cons

      Still taking on board smaller cases when not enough resources to manage them along with the big cases. Which takes away time and output on the big cases.

      Win good work in the market.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. No appreciation, expected to work long hours without any acknowledgment. No support from management, expected to meet deadlines however then managers sit on work for months.
