If a person has applied to an internship with some company that is advertised in Internshala and is having a problem with the recruiter's unprofessional behavior and complains about them to the support team. The Internshala support team will show an equal amount of unprofessional behavior by giving the recruiter's email address and asking you to deal with it yourself, not only that they ask you to inform them by keeping their email in CC. Instead of taking the responsibility of being the mediator they rather behave like your neighborhood aunty who just wants to hear gossip but not help resolve the problem.
They not only show unprofessional behavior by not dealing with the situation but they are unbothered about it. You have to continuously ask them about the result of the complaint and still show reluctance. Utterly ridiculous.
