Pros

That you can dream of leaving this company some day and they can't do nothing about it.

Cons

1. It is a kiryana store for digital services, very poorly disguised as an agency. You can clearly see a Seth Ji sitting in a room and directing his servants making a fool out of clients and themselves. 2. Clients are good but they are as happy as a fat guy with constipation. Neither he is being able to achieve what he desires nor he can leave as the business is still incomplete. 3. NO RESPECT FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES WHATSOEVER. they don't pay you because you have done your job but because they are nice enough to do that. 4. THEY HAVE CAMERAS AND I BELIEVE SECRET MICS AS WELL. NOT FOR NOTORIOUS ACTIVITIES BUT TO SPY ON THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. You better be aware if you are discussing your interview at some other company as chances are they have already called them and said nice things about you. 5. Necessary (Practically unnecessary )Late night work. You better stay away if you have a family or are recently married. 6. The CEO Avi Arya is a very nice guy. As nice as Donald Trump, in every sense you can imagine. (I damn you not, the guy has pasted his own posters all over the company's desks. Bathrooms are not clean, otherwise he'd have pasted a poster or two there as well). 7. HR and admin departments talk like you owe them something.

Pros

I joined the organization as an intern, and one of the things I will always be grateful for is the trust and belief that Mr. Arya showed in me from the very beginning. There were many moments when I doubted myself, but he never did. He consistently challenged me to think bigger, take ownership, and grow beyond my comfort zone. What started as an internship turned into a journey of learning leadership, responsibility, problem-solving, and personal growth. Mr. Arya has always been more than a leader to me—he has been a mentor who genuinely invests in people and their potential. Being a part of the founding team has also been a privilege. Working alongside people like Manmeet, Lakshdeep, Mukesh Sir, and many others has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The culture encourages learning, ownership, and continuous improvement. If you are willing to learn and take initiative, there are tremendous opportunities to grow.

Cons

As with any fast-growing organization, priorities can sometimes change quickly, and teams need to adapt at a rapid pace. The expectations are high, which can be challenging at times, but it also contributes significantly to personal and professional growth.
